Management Fees :
Our competitive management fees make the cost of real estate investments more
affordable than you think. Our fee is 10% - 15% of the monthly net income for
income producing properties.
HOA's :
Our fee structure is a flat fee per unit based on the number of units and the

Leasing :
Our Leasing Fee is 80% of the 1st full month's rent
collected.

Maintenance & Inspections :
Cortespatrick has an in house Handyperson Service
that it uses at a rate of (currently) $25 per hour.
cortespatrick does an annual inspection on a specific
date and also any time it feels it necessary. You will
receive a report of the inspection. These inspections
are free, however you may order more inspections at
any time you want for a flat fee of (currently) $25
per unit.
